Return & Refund Policy
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Any open product cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. You can reach out to email@example.com and we will be happy to help. Zombi is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. For help canceling your unshipped order please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once your package has left our facility, you are no longer able to cancel your order.
Age Verification and Auto-Canceled Orders
Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Zombi, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
Coupon Codes & Sales
Only one coupon code is applicable per order. If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!
If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed. Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.
When will I receive my refund?
Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
